Fix the DJGPP build

* config.bat: Update endian.in-h from endian.in.h.

* msdos/sedlibmk.inp (HAVE_ENDIAN_H)
(NEXT_AS_FIRST_DIRECTIVE_ENDIAN_H, NEXT_ENDIAN_H, ENDIAN_H)
(ENDIAN_H_JUST_MISSING_STDINT, GL_GENERATE_ENDIAN_H_CONDITION):
Define appropriately for DJGPP.
